Round Telescopic Aluminum Tubing
This round, drawn aluminum tubing is ideally suited for custom telescopic tubing assemblies. Our round telescopic aluminum tubing is manufactured to tight tolerances +/- .005” on the outside diameter and wall thickness, our aluminum tubes are available in 1/8" increments from 3/8" diameter up to 1-1/2" diameter. Typical wall thickness of each tube is .038”.Non-Rotating Telescopic Aluminum Tubing
Non-rotational tubing is U indented and will telescope but not turn. Manufactured to tight tolerances it is available in 1/2" thru 1-1/4" diameters in 1/8” increments. Tube assemblies are typically constructed using a round outside tube with inner non-rotational ones. Therefore a 1-1/4” non-rotational tube can telescope inside a 1-3/8” round tube.Round Steel Telescopic Tubing
Round steel tubing is suited for applications calling for extreme strength or need to weld to a steel plate or base. Testrite typically stocks only 7/8” and 1” diameters, but can readily get others in quantity. The lock we recommend for steel tubing is our “B” collar lock. Steel tubing requires a powder coated finish which we can supply in any color.Oval Aluminum Tubing
