The Panel Track System is a cost efficient modular curtain wall for air containment in data centers. By integrating directly into the existing support structure, panel tracks allow for quick installation, reconfiguration, and removal.

- Easy Panel Install/Removal – Panels are easy to install and remove, yet secure enough that a simple vertical lift won't remove them. This ensures when you want them to come off, it's easy, but the accidental bump is protected against.

What is a suspended panel system?
A suspended panel system, also known as a curtain wall, uses an aluminum track and header extrusions to hang plastic panels for air containment in data centers. It’s modular, lightweight, and easily reconfigurable.
What panel materials can I use?
The system supports multiple panel thicknesses. The channel was designed to accommodate 8MM Twinwall Polycarbonate or 8MM Quadwall Polycarbonate. The channel is open so thinner panels could be used whether it's 0.25" thick or 6mm. If using a material other than 8mm corrugated plastic we recommend testing a sample prior to rollout.
Can I source my own panels?
Yes. The design allows you to use Testrite-supplied panels or source locally for cost efficiency.
How are the tracks mounted?
The top track mounts to the existing ceiling or structure. The panel header extrusion locks into the track and holds the panel securely while allowing easy removal.
Does the design prevent panel sway?
Yes. Testrite’s proprietary mating extrusion design minimizes sway, keeping panels stable and professional in appearance.
Can I connect track sections?
Yes. Joiners are available for continuous track runs where supports are not ideally located, ensuring a strong and consistent system.
