Testrite is a US Manufacturing as a Service provider. We manufacture in our own factory facilities in Hackensack NJ, and automatic screw machining is one of our in house fabrication capabilities.

In large volumes, we can develop unique parts that we then machine from a solid aluminum bar, heavy walled hollw aluminum, or solid steel bar. We have 4 automatic screw machines. For smaller projects, we have many in house lathes operated by our skilled machinists. Our 100+ years of experience and pre-existing tooling are a tremendous asset.

We are experts at bringing together our multiple fabrication capabilities all under one roof. So we can pair a part from our automatic screw machines with a telescopic aluminum tube, or make an aluminum rail system with custom screw machine parts for unique capabilities that wouldn't otherwise be feasible.
 

Screw machined parts can often be used raw. Aluminum screw machine parts can can be anodized immediately after being made, or anodized after secondary operations are complete. Screw machine parts can be threaded, tapered, knurled, press fit, pinned in place, and so much more! Steel screw machine parts can be welded and powder coated.
