Telescopic Aluminum Tube Manufacturing
With a deep history as a photographic tripod manufacturer selling products through such companies as Sears and Montgomery Ward in the 1950s and 1960s, we eventually decided to specialize in the manufacture of telescopic tubes and accessories made to order.
Today, customers specify desired open and closed dimensions, diameters, number of sections, type of lock, and any additional processes (e.g. holes) or components needed (e.g. threaded connectors, bases, end caps, etc.), and receive quotations back the same day.
We can manufacture one component of your item, or a complete product if it's within our capabilities. We can individually or bulk pack, stamp logos onto products, provide custom brackets, manufacture steel bases, and so much more!
Vertically Integrated Manufacturer, Powder Coater, & Printer
Testrite is an integrated metal manufacturer. In house capabilities include wire forming, automatic screw machining, forming, welding, tube bending, tool and die manufacturing and much more.
Core competencies beyond the manufacture of telescopic tubes made to order are fabrication and design of aluminum extrusions, custom stands and devices, light boxes for the display industry, and helping to develop the next new new thing whatever it may be. Powder coating takes place at our sister facility in New Jersey, enabling ultra-fast turnaround times on custom fabrication and custom powder coating. Testrite is also a large format printer, with dye sublimation, roll-to-roll, and flatbed printing in house.
Logistics
Packaging, kitting, and drop shipping are all available. OEM products are quoted bulk packed by component unless otherwise specified. Testrite can provide full logistical support.
