Vertical Panels for Data Center Aisle Containment
Build clean, reconfigurable data center aisle containment walls with Testrite’s Floor Track Panels. Each panel uses a lightweight 1 in square aluminum tube frame with a double flange. Inside the flange we install 8mm twinwall polycarbonate that is Class A rated for peace of mind.
Construction & Materials
- Frame: 1in square aluminum tubing with a double flange. Frame is lightweight, for easy of install and reconfigurability
- Panel: 8mm twinwall polycarbonate (Class A rated) is most popular, while we also offer 8mm quadwall polycarbonate for applications requiring enhanced privacy
- Corners: Plastic corners are available in black and silver. The plastic corner brackets can be used with or without spring buttons. Prefer all metal construction? We can manufacture these aisle containment panels with all metal construction, with metal corner brackets and mitered frame corners.
- Made to order FAST: Order exactly the sizes you need. Whether you need 24" W x 12" H or 48" W x 120" H, we can make it! Panels ship fully assembled, for easy onsite setup.
- Floor track: Mating aluminum floor track is designed to accept our vertical panels, helps make install fast and easy while ensuring walls stay straight and organized, avoids sway.
